The lycra-ribbed crew neck holds its shape, and the double-stitched seams keep things sturdy through wash after wash. Bio-washed and pre-shrunk, so the fit you see is the fit you keep — built for everyday wear in any climate.

Care
- Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Hang-dry in the shade for the longest life — tumble dry on low heat only if you must. No dry-cleaning.
- Iron on a cool setting from the inside if needed; never iron directly over the print.
- Skip bleach when you can. If you really need it, use a non-chlorine version.

What makes a good photo?
- Get close: your pet's face should fill most of the photo.
- Use soft daylight, no flash, and keep it sharp.

What to expect from embroidery
- Size: your pet is stitched on the left chest, up to 8.8 cm (3.5 in) square.
- One pet per portrait. For two pets, add a second piece to your cart.
- Name (optional): up to 15 letters, stitched under the portrait in one thread colour you choose from our 8-colour palette.
- Colours: embroidery uses solid threads, so your pet's colours are matched to the closest shades. Gradients, shadows and soft blends become bold, simple areas.
- Fine detail: anything smaller than about 1 in (2.5 cm), like single whiskers, thin lines or a busy background, is simplified or left out.
- Hand-digitised: we redraw your photo for the embroidery machine, so your portrait looks like a stitched illustration of your pet, not a printed photo.
- Proof first: you approve your design by email before anything is stitched.
