Care
- Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle, with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Hang-dry in the shade for the longest life — tumble dry on low heat only if you must. No dry-cleaning.
- Iron on a cool setting from the inside if needed; never iron directly over the print.
- Skip bleach when you can. If you really need it, use a non-chlorine version.

Is this clothing for my pet to wear?
No, these are hoodies and tees for you, the pet parent. Your pet's portrait is stitched or printed on the garment. Sizes are adult sizes, so pick yours with the size guide.
What if there is a print or stitching defect?
Print or stitching defect? We reprint free. Send us a photo of the problem and we will make a new one. See our return policy for the details.
What is the difference between embroidery and DTG?
Embroidery stitches your pet in thread. It has a raised, textured finish and suits a small design on the left chest. DTG (direct-to-garment) prints your photo in full colour, so fine detail and bigger designs on the pocket, front or back work well.
Which should I choose?
Choose embroidery for a classic, textured stitched look on the chest. Choose DTG print when you want full colour, fine detail, a bigger design or a print on the back.
Can I put the photo on the front and the back?
Yes, with DTG print. Choose the front or the left pocket (they overlap, so it's one or the other) and add the back. You can crop and place your photo separately on each spot. Embroidery is one design on the left chest.
What makes a good photo?
A clear, close-up photo in good light where your pet's face fills most of the frame. Use the original from your camera roll, not a screenshot or a copy sent over WhatsApp.
What happens after I order?
Embroidery: we turn your photo into an embroidery design and email you a proof. You approve it, or ask for a change, before anything is stitched. DTG print: there is no proof step. We print your design as you placed it and send it straight into production, so check the preview before you pay.
