Question: How I do I create a custom T-shirt?

Our "Design Studio" on the Design page is developed to make the process of creating custom T-shirt as intuitive and simple to our customers as possible.

To design your own unique T-shirt, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select the T-shirt

  • Click on the Design link on the navigation menu on top of the page.
  • Select the T-shirt category by clicking one of the images on the top row. e.g. Kids Polo, Ladies Tees, Mens Tees etc
  • Some of our T-shirt categories have several T-shirt styles. Select the desired style by clicking on the particular T-shirt image on the left side of the screen. Use the arrow buttons to scroll if needed.
  • Once you have selected the T-shirt style, you'll see it appear on the middle of the screen.
  • Select the desired color of the T-shirt by clicking on one of the available color on the bottom left side of the screen.
  • Now you have selected the base T-shirt and is now ready for you to design

    • Step 2: Insert Image

  • You can either upload your own image or by using one of ours.
  • Click on the browse button to navigate images on your PC and click the "Open" button.
  • To select one of our designs, click on the "Use ClipArt" button. Use the "Category" and "Sub-category" buttons to navigate between clip arts. Once you find the design you like, click on the image and click "OK"
  • The image you selected now appears on the T-shirt.
  • Position the image around on the T-shirt by clicking on the image and moving it using the mouse.
  • Use the "Rotate" tool to turn the image to any angle
  • Use the "scale" tool to set the image to the right size within the design area on the T-shirt
  • Use the "Clear" button to delete the image and start all over again

    • Step 3: Enter Text


  • You can enter up to 3 different texts on the T-shirt
  • Enter the text in the text box under the Enter Text section, you can enter up to 1000 characters
  • Select the font. Verdana is the default font, but you can select a different font by using the options in the drop down list
  • Use the "Rotate" tool to turn the text to any angle
  • Use the "scale" tool to set the text to the right size within the design area on the T-shirt
  • Click "Text2" and "Text3" and follow same steps above to design additional texts on the T-shirt
  • To delete a particular text, click the text on the T-shirt and click the "Clear" button in the Enter Text section
  • To delete all 3 text items, click the "Clear All" button in the Enter Text section

    • Please note that you can create custom designs on both the Front and Back sides of the T-shirt. Click the "Front View" or "Back View" buttons to switch sides.

    Question: How close will the actual T-shirt be to what I see on the website?

    Answer: The technology we use on our website lets you get a good look at how your item will actually turn out. In addition, our printing technology is also the best in the world and is highly effective in producing prints that are 95% close to what you see on screen. Also, please feel free to use the "Notes" feature to pass on any special requests or concerns to the Production Staff.

    Question: What images can I upload for use in designs, and how do I properly prepare those images?

    Answer: You can upload images of type *.gif, *.tif, or *.jpg files. Most importantly, your images should be high-resolution. The final product won't look good unless your image is at least 200 dots per inch (DPI) at the actual size you want it printed. That means that if you want to print a *.gif image at a size of 5" x 5" on a T-shirt, it should be about 15" x 15" on your 72 DPI computer monitor. In addition to your best efforts to upload the recommended high-resolution images, our team will work on each image to enhance its quality as needed to make sure the final product you receive will meet your expectations.

    Question:Will the t-shirt shrink when you wash it?

    Answer: All our t-shirts are 100% Pre-shrunk and will not shrink when you wash it.

    Question: Is there any minimum quantity requirement for orders?

    Answers: No, we accept orders with a quantity of 1. You will notice on our website that there are very attractive volume discounts and you also save on shipping costs for higher quantities.

    Question: How long does it take for the order to be delivered to my address?

    Answer: We guarantee delivery within 6 days of order and we promise to make every possible effort to reach it you sooner. Out of the 5 days, 3 days are taken to produce your unique T-shirt and the remaining 3 days are estimated for shipping.

    Question: What payment options do you support?

    Answer: Answer: We support PayPal and CCAvenue payment options.
    Credit cards supported on CCAvenue are Visa and American Express.
    We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) option that is from Indian Postal Department.

    Question: How secure is the payment method?

    Answer: We accept online payments via Paypal. Paypal is the most widely used payment option in the world and is considered the most secure since the vendors never see your credit card information. All payments sent electronically are securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology.

    Question: What if I want to return the product?

    Customer satisfaction is the primary key for our business.

    Please keep in mind that each T-shirt we produce is unique in design and is made only for you. If for any reason you find a defect in workmanship in our product, please report to us within 48 hours from the day you receive your order. We will be happy to fix any mistakes made by our staff in a timely manner.

    At exprez.in, we take great pride in making sure we take all possible efforts to ensure that your order is filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality and we are confident that you will not find a need to return our product.

    Question: What is the shipping charge per order?

    Answer: We charge a flat fee of Rs. 50 for each order. You can have any quantity of products in an order. Our shipping time is between 1 to 3 days anywhere in India.

    We are now providing a limited time offer where we waive all shipping and handling fees for our customer orders.

    Question: How do I know what my T-shirt size is?

    Answer: Please check the "Size Chart" on our website. It provides the measurements for each T-shirt size and style. It also provides a comparison of each size with standard shirt sizes to help you find the right size that fits you.

    Question: What does "Buy", "Design" and "Publish" mean?

    Answer: These are broadly the three activities users can perform using our website.

    Buy: Using this option, users can buy T-shirts with pre-made designs. We provide the most popular and attractive designs to suit your interests. Once you select the design you want to buy, you can change the fabric, its color and size to suit your preferences. Our website also lets you view the design place on the fabric and color of your choice to provide a preview before you place the order.

    Design: Using this option, the user can create unique designs from scratch. You can do this by uploading any image of your choice or select an image from our Clipart gallery. You can also type any text (upto 3 lines) and format the text in different font, scale and color. You can customize the front as well as the back of the T-shirts.

    Once you are satisfied with the final design, you can add the product to cart and place the order using the Checkout function.

    Publish: Using this option, users can upload the designs to our website. Our team will review the designs you upload before making it available for other users to view and purchase. When users buy t-shirts with these designs you will get 10% of the sale price for every unit sold.

    What is a gift shop?

    Answer: The Giftshop feature allows you to create exclusive collection of designs for any event or group such as college, institution, or club. You can customize the giftshop page with your own banner and can easily share it with friends. Very soon, you will be able to link the giftshop with affiliate account and earn money.
